End of the Weekend

Our 3 day weekend was extended by two days due to snowfall. Monday we planned to go swimming and we stuck to that. It was the first time since Bridger was born.

He dressed warm all weekend...I think he was too warm sometimes.

After swimming we dropped Dad at home and stopped by the Boones to see

their new baby sheep. It was a fun weekend.

The beginnings of a Five day weekend

Trying to make a family home evening treat the night before we found out that

there was no school.

Too much ice and snow for going to school, but the perfect amount for Stuart's last day wearing his colorful snowsuit.

Later that day we still went to piano lessons...the kids teacher is from Washington state.

When we played in the snow Ammon didn't want to walk. His boots were too big making it hard to walk. And he hasn't learned how to walk in the snow yet either.

Goldie was surprised by the fact that her brothers had such a small black pupil in that bright sunlight. We took a picture of hers so that she could see how small her own was.

Bridger's Blessing Day

Today was Bridger's Blessing Day.

Betty and her family came as well as David and his fiance.

We felt the spirit and enjoyed the meeting.

And Bridger waited till later to cry. He is an awesome addition to our family.

Happy Birthday Mike!

Mike was born 45 years ago today! The boys wore their '45' pants in honor of this fact.
 
Since Bridger's Blessing Day is tomorrow we had friends in town, David and Christy, to celebrate with. We made a monster cake...

and ate it after a delicious dinner of Mike's favorite: Papa John's.
