Owies!

March as been an interesting month for our family. We've seemed to have one sickness after another.

No, Goldie does not have the chicken pox. Rather she had an earache that lasted for a very long time. After taking some medicine and finishing her cold the sickness came out in spots. It was enough for us to keep her home from school on a Friday, especially with spotty cheeks. But after the weekend it faded and she is back to her regular color.

One morning Josiah came to me an told me his finger was green. I thought whatever, but when he kept insisting I decided to look at it and somehow it had gotten infected and was green! A band-aid and a couple of hours of Neosporin fixed up his finger. Then somehow a couple of days later this toe got green under and around the toe nail. It's been a couple of weeks of band-aids, Neosporin, and checking three and four times a day to see its progress, but we have succeeded and the infection is gone. It was a strange thing to have happen we are just glad he is okay.

Here is to hoping the month of April goes a lot smoother!
