This beauty of flower bloomed at our house nearly two months after Christmas. I think its supposed to be a Christmas flower, but I just started watering it right after Christmas when I saw green shoots coming up. So it was our post-valentine's day flower. It kinda reminds me of the Christmas Presents I usually send months or year later!
It sure was pretty.

beautiful! Sounds like the time of year I send out christmas presents, too! Well, valentine's is even pushing it. I'm more of a Christmas in July type of person.
